Your service is great. I especially like cascading bids for similar items with contingency. Just pick the price you want to pay, place multiple bids on multiple items, then set up the contingency. Usually, sooner or later you get what you want. Works especially well for computer parts.

Just wanted to tell you that I have used your trial subscription and am ready to sign up for a year's service. You people are great! Lately, I've lost more than half of my auctions to snipers, and always after having led for the entire bidding time. With your service, I just beat a guy who has been one of the worst offenders. Normaly, I'm cheap. OK, I'm real cheap, and when prices go up I don't like it. But I have to admit that the 12 snipes I got originally for $9.95 was too cheap. Now I'm hooked. I need Bidnapper to stay in business. If you have to raise the price (of 12 snipes) over $20, please decrease the number of snipes first to maintain the $19.95. Just my opinion, but I am a happy customer. Webmaster's note: No price increases are planned.
